Snook is placed on a tray, seasoned with salt, pepper, a soup spoon full of Portuguese Seasoning Oil and an equivalent portion of parsley.

Add sliced carrots pouring a soup spoon of Portuguese Seasoning Oil over them. Pour white wine onto the tray and place it in the oven.

     1 1 Snook Fish (4 People)
    5 Soup spoons full of Portuguese Seasoning Oil
    500 g Carrots
    500 g Onions
    6 dl White Wine
    Salt
    Bayleaf
    Parsley
    Pepper
